How do I make my skins on bebo available to other people?

I don't mean when you're choosing them off the skins bit, but off my page. When I put the module " my skins" on to my page it says i need to make my skins available to other people, how do i do that?

Ok go to roll your own then when you find the skin you want to share with other people, click use this skin, then it gives you 3 options, pick the 2nd option, then add the skin to your favoruites, hope that helps!
