I can make bebo skin for people but how can i send them to them it wont let me?

I want to make bebo skins for poeple but i cant send it to them i copy the url and go on my sisters and it seys this skin is not published how can i publish my skin so every1 can see it and use it???? hellp

Reply:did u do that when u make the skin but nex to it says use skin click on that the pick what u want to do with it if it did not tell u right ask me again i have bebo to my username is ozid
