actually you can use paint, and there is instructions on how to do it on bebo! =D


just go to change skin%26gt;roll your own, youll find instruction there

ii Makee skins on bebo xIts really easy if you have photoshop great!


But if not use paint.


First,


Get your image the right size (It sayz sizes on bebo)


then decorate it however you want..


Safe it as a .gif and upload it and woop your first skin.
Reply:you can use paint, photoshop, fireworks...plus many more, it's just about how proffessional you are and what you want your skin to look like...eg flashing skins can't be done on paint.





I use Fireworks and Photobie. They both came free with my laptop. so just experiment, like the one above said bebo tells you all the sizes so it's quite simple to make on paint. x x x x
