Does anyone kow where to images that fit bebo mail and profile skins?

on bebo you have to have a certain size image for your mail and profile skin and im trying to make one but i cant find the right size image anywhere? im lookin for:572x200 max size 12K and 572x70 max size 7K ?

just open your picture in any editor like imaging or paint and from there update it size dear.....
