I want to make my own bebo skin, when i tried on the site it said the size's or something was wrong....how do i just upload pics?? any help??

You can't just upload pics. Bebo has specific restrictions on the images you upload for a skin. You need to make sure you read what dimensions they require (such as 300x100 - that means 300 pixels wide and 100 pixels high). You also need to make sure you save your skin images so the file size is below their size limit. If you're using Photoshop, use the "Save for Web" feature, and it will tell you the file size at the bottom.
One of the easiest things to do is download the example skin images from their spec sheet and design your skin over them.
