How do you make a bebo skin without lowering quality?

I love photoshoping images and using that programe to create skins for bebo. BUT, i HATE haveing to lower image quality just to use the image! I see many skins, perfect quality etc etc. It is hard to get an image the right size and keep its quality, especially the main background.





Is there a way to do so, or a programe i can get free %26gt;%26lt;" to do this? To make a bebo background without scratchy pictures or lowered quality?
