I want to amke bebo skins. Other than Adobe Photoshop what could I use? I have gim right now but it really isn't working out. Could you help me please?

Reply:Paint Shop Pro is one. I dont know what a Bebo skin is but it is like Photoshop and Gimp. There is always good old paint if all else fails.
