Is there a 100% free image optimizer out there that will reduce file size but not reduce image quality?

I've been making bebo skins with loads of photos on but to make it less than 40kb the images come up in very low quality.

Is there a 100% free image optimizer out there that will reduce file size but not reduce image quality?

Reply:ifranview is free and is a good, simple editor and viewer.





You can't reduce the file size without losing quality though, unless you want to chop most of the image off.
