Creating Moving Images using Coral Paint Shop Pro XI?

I have a bebo and want to make skins, my enemy makes them using Paint Shop Pro X, how do u use tht to create moving bebo skins?

You need to use Animation Shop, it comes with your PSP XI. You make your frames in PSP and move them to Animation Shop to animate them.
