what FREE computer programs could i use to make bebo skins i have tried paint but theydontturn out as i want them b-coz of the cula lose any help?!!

for this you can use any skin you are all ready having with you
find where this skin is kept
this skins are group of seperate small picture files
when joined they make a skin
open each file in any picture editor like paint or photoshop
and make changes as you like and save them
