yes, unless you do the 30-day free trial, or download it illegally, which i do not condone. the fbi visiting your home is not nice, which I've heard of before.

Also if you download a 30 day free trial. then if you hibernate your computer on the last day you have it. without closing the program it alows you to use it the next day and the next etc. untill you close the program.
