yeh i make them....
the best thing to download is animation shop 3...
search on google for a free trial...
once you've downloaded it open up the program..
click file then new...
then minimize that program %26amp; go onto internet...
now on bebo click "change skins" which is under your main photo...
then "roll your own"..
then "read our detailed specification"
look at the dimesions bit...
type those dimensions into the "new" %26amp; click ok...
then play with colours %26amp; put writing on etc.
then give it its name %26amp; save it into a folder you remember its in...
once you've done all of the dimensions for the objects...
click roll your own again..
click create new skin..
give it a name %26amp; tags..
then click upload graphics..
upload the backgrounds %26amp; headers that you made...
if one couldn't upload because it was too big of a capacity it means theres too much colour or writing on it...
once all graphics have been uploaded succesfully click edit stylesheet this is just for the background colours %26amp; font colours...
to make a gap between the NAV BG %26amp; your main profile for writing put padding top on stylesheet to 300...
once you've previewed it %26amp; like the way it looks click use skin %26amp; choose if you want everybody to be able to use it or just you..
then click add to favourites..

Reply:Enter into the skins section, on bebo, how to roll your own,
browse the examples they have and save onto your computer.
Edit the example to how you would like your own skin.
Upload them back on to bebo.
