Is there a free website to download which you can make a bebo skin with?

There are so many sites, but most of them cost so much!! Adobe cs2 cost £165!! I cant afford that much for a background!! lol

YupYup...Photobie! It's free and is quick, easy and professional to use. It has some of Pohtoshop's functions and is suitable for beginners. I use it and it's great!

Go onto http://www.photobie.com/downlo... and click on the 1st one..shud be softpedia or something like that.
