I make skins on bebo. Not a professional, but still do.
Making a skin on bebo is pretty simple.
You can use paint, lunapic.com, or whatever free online program to edit the size of your picture that bebo requires inorder to upload or resize them on paint.
A profile skin is a lot harder though.
But it uses the same skill as a mail skin.
You can also look for what you want by creating it or searching the web for pictures.
