Reply:Go to the ''change skins'' page and at the top it says 'become a featured skin artist!'. Click on this link and it will explain the requirements and another link will give you the spec. like dimensions and what sort of colours/backgrounds to use. Once you have made it, you submit each part of it separately and it is uploaded onto a preview page. The best ones are picked to be added to the list.
